Place and Kontext

The Synoptic has existed for 5 years in Pécs, Hungary. It took various forms as festivals, exhibitions and video reviews. So the Synoptic is a brand, which is always changing its form and place, but deals invariably with media and new media art.

In 2009 the Synoptic will be presented as a workshop in Dortmund, Germany. The workshop takes place in the PHOENIX Halle, which is the exhibition space of the Hartware media art association.
